Hello!
My name is Kari. I’m a Senior Graphic Designer at GS&F with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Printmaking from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My background in printmaking reinforced a love for working with my hands, inking plates, pulling prints, and experimenting with colors and print processes. That still shapes the way I approach design today. I’ve always been driven to create, whether it’s something tangible on paper or digital work brought to life on screen.
That maker’s mindset shows up in the way I design. I’m fascinated by the details that give a project depth and purpose—whether it’s building a brand identity, crafting campaign visuals, or creating animations that add meaning, not just movement. I love the process of turning ideas into something people can see, feel, and connect with.
Collaboration is a huge part of that process for me. Some of the best ideas I’ve been part of have come from rolling up sleeves alongside teammates, exploring possibilities, and shaping them into thoughtful, impactful design. At the end of the day, my goal is always the same: to make work that resonates and makes a difference.
